About Logical Imagination

Logical Imagination was born from a simple conviction: businesses grow when people, processes, and technology work in harmony.

Since 1990, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping organizations turn that belief into reality.

What We Believe

We believe success happens when three cornerstones align: human connection, financial clarity, and smart technology.

  • We put people first. Technology only works when your team communicates, collaborates, and leads well.
  • We know clarity matters. Clean books and transparent systems give business owners the confidence to make sound decisions.
  • We trust simplicity wins. Technology should make life easier, not more complicated.

How We Work

We’re not a big agency or a faceless consultancy. We’re a small, experienced team of professionals who care deeply about small business success.

Our approach is personal, practical, and built for real-world results. We listen first, build relationships that last, and measure our success by the confidence and capability of the people we serve.

We don’t just teach new skills or install software—we help you create alignment:

  • Your people know what they’re doing and why.
  • Your books tell a clear story.
  • Your technology finally works for you.

That alignment is what turns good businesses into great ones.

Why Small Businesses Choose Logical Imagination

We know what small businesses need to compete.

Our mission is simple: to help small businesses harness human potential, master their numbers, and make technology an ally.

30-Year History

1990

Founded in Ohio as A+ Computer Services. Hey, don’t judge! This put us at the top of the alphabet in the phone book.

Transitioned hundreds of clients from DOS to Windows and from paper ledgers to computerized accounting.

1991-1999

Opened Indiana office and changed name to SteeleTech, Inc. All the cool IT companies had “Tech” in their names in the 90s!

Rode the dot-com wave, built hundreds of websites, and taught thousands how to use Windows, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.

Won an ADDY for this silly IT advertisement.

2000-2009

Opened Georgia office and changed name to Logical Imagination to reflect both the technical and creative sides of the business.

Survived the dot-com crash. Multimedia was hot. Developed dozens of software solutions and implemented enterprise-level platforms (Lotus Notes, anyone?).

2010-2019

Hey, it’s the first decade without a name change!

Everything went mobile.

Embraced user-centered design and agile development, built web apps and cloud-based solutions, and transitioned clients from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
